Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Saran wrap was used to layer the hot handle of a pasta pot. The saran wrap cannot be washed and sanitized adequately.
Corrective Action(s): Remove saran wrap on handle and replace with a cover which can be washed and sanitized per use, such as a cloth or heat resistant food grade handle.

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand sinks with liquid soap, paper towels and running water in use.
3 compartment hand sink in use with over 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
Cooking equipment/oven in good working order.
Microwave is satisfactory and in good condition.
Walk in cooler 1 not in use, dry storage only. Walk in cooler 2 at 3.9C alfredo sauce.
Chest freezer at -19C pasta. Pasta sauce warmer at 80C. Hot water pot at 74C.
Hot holding display 1 to 3 at 60C or above, meat sauce, alfredo sauce, and hot water.
Pop display cooler at 10C only non potentially hazardous foods stored here.
Salad prep cooler at 0.2C dairy products.
Temperature monitoring in place.
