Observation: Hot water was not available at any of the sinks.
Corrective Action(s): The only food that is sold for immediate consumption are the patties in the warmer at the front. They were removed from sale during the inspection. Do not serve food until a re-inspection has taken place and hot water is available.

Observation: 1) The bottom part of the screen on the back door was broken.
2) There is a gap at the front door, which could allow pests to enter.
3) In the office, by the top shelf, there is a small amount of wood that appears to have been chewed on piling up. This is next to holes in the wall that were patched previously.
Corrective Action(s): 1, 2 & 3) Fix within one week.

-Call Fraser Health when the hot water tank has been repaired. Business card left on site.

Pest control company comes on site monthly. Invoice reviewed during the inspection.
Food is kept in pest proof containers- good.
No droppings seen during the inspection.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
