Corrective Action(s): Ensure all spray bottles are labelled to identify their contents to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Containers will need to be relabelled as needed.

Comments

-Upright cooler units were at 3C and 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C. (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach prepared daily at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Ensure scoops are properly stored (one scoop was inside the rice container). Foods were off the floor and in good condition.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 17, 2022.
