Follow up inspection conducted. The following violations from routine inspection 03-Aug-2021 remain pending and need to be corrected. - Code 308 2 door cooler still requires repair. Staff member reported part is still on order and anticipated to arrive in one week. Cooler is not in use pending repair. Email undersigned copy of initial service report or confirmation technician has been onsite by 07-Sept-2021. Additionally, email undersigned once part received and repair has been completed. - Code 502 No staff on duty have completed Foodsafe level 1. Per previous report, ensure this is addressed 30-Sept-2021. Provide confirmation of staff registration for Foodsafe level 1 (or equivalent) course by 07-Sept-2021. Note: Signature of recipient not required due to Covid safety protocols. Copy of report provided to staff member noted below.
