Routine Inspection Coolers at 4 C or below. Hand washing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during final rinse. Surface sanitizer available and registered around 250 ppm bleach - solution was diluted to 100-200 ppm bleach. Use only 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water. Please label bottle. Only pre-cooked chicken used for sandwiches. Discussed room temperature holding of pearls - used within 30 minutes. General sanitation satisfactory.
