*Staff hand washing frequency is adequate. Ensure to wash your hands with liquid soap and wipe them with paper towel in between each tasks.
**Observed inserts for prepared tomatoes, lettuce and other vegetables for their burgers left at room temperature. They had stickers to indicate their prep and expiry dates. When inquired, staff indicated that they only take certain amounts depending on their buy times to ensure that they do not stay at room temperature for a long time. Staff indicated that they have to get more from the walk-in cooler within 30 minutes. Staff must ensure to utilize the timer provided for proper time and temperature control**
