Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several food items such as bean sprouts, curry and cooked meat were left on the counter. Cooked foods were measured to be ~30C and bean sprouts measured at 12C.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed that as it nears end of lunch rush, please properly cool down the food and place in walk-in cooler.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) No bleach sanitizer made in the kitchen. 2) Wet wiping clothes are left on the counter. 3) Inquired how dishware are cleaned, operator informed that dishware are washed with soap and bleach, then rinsed off with water before air dry.
Corrective Action(s): 1) 100ppm bleach sanitizer made at time of inspection. Ensure that this is always premixed for immediate use. 2) Staffs were informed that wet wiping clothes must be submerged in 100ppm bleach sanitizer between uses. 3) Reviewed proper warewashing procedure: wash with soap, rinse with water and suberge in 100ppm bleach sanitizer for 30 sec before air dry.
