Rodent droppings removed from areas noted in previous report. continue to monitor frequently and clean often chewed up baseboard along green bin area and hole near back entry door has been sealed - good brisket was hot held >60C. Reviewed reheating procedures with operator flooring reviewed with operator. extension to November as previously discussed will be acceptable on the condition that floors are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and free of rodent droppings or food debris. hot water supply at front of house handsink at adequate flow and supply.
