chewed up baseboard along green bin area and hole near back entry door has been sealed - good
brisket was hot held >60C. Reviewed reheating procedures with operator
flooring reviewed with operator. extension to November as previously discussed will be acceptable on the condition that floors are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and free of rodent droppings or food debris.
