*General sanitation excellent throughout facility. No evidence of pest issues observed during inspection.
*All tools and utensils stored in clean condition.
*Three-compartment dish sinks in working order.
*Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm in cloth buckets and from dispenser.
*Clean-in-place equipment maintained in clean condition.
*Coolers measured at 4 C or colder (including grab-and-go front cooler). Thermometers available in each unit.
*Satisfactory best-before and expiry dates observed on products checked.
*All food stored off the floor and protected from contamination. Scoops stored outside of bulk food products.
*Hand sinks equipped with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels.
*Staff washroom maintained in clean condition; hand sink satisfactory.
*No hot holding of food occurring during inspection (pizza warmer switched off). Ensure this unit maintains pizza at 60 C or higher when in use.
*Note: ensure health permit is posted in a location that is visible to customers.
