Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CCHS89.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

All the violations in report#JCHY-CCHS89 have been corrected.
-Observed operator self dilute the 2nd compartment sink (i.e.: sanitation sink). Operator fill the water to the marked indicator in the sink and dispense 3 pumps of QUATs from the dispenser. 2nd compartment sink measured at 200ppm QUATs. Operator informed that 4L of water to 8mL of QUAT solution is necessary to ensure 200ppm QUAT concentration.
-All stored beverages in the walk-in cooler are stored at least 6 inches from the floor.

NOTE: One drain plug observed to be broken. Purchase an additional drain plug to ensure proper warewashing is conducted. Temporarily use the other drain plug to wash/rinse/sanitize. Corrected by: March 19, 2022.

Purchase measuring cup to ensure proper dilution of QUAT sanitizer solution when preparing 2nd compartment sink for warewashing. Corrected by: March 19, 2022.
