Follow-up inspection conducted to RPT # BANQNH on March 27, 2019. The following observations were made: Both men's and women's restrooms in good sanitary condition Sharps disposal container is now fitted with a metal housing to reduce the likelihood of tampering Corporate sanitation plan has been re-communicated with all managers. Staff members will be adhering to the 15 minute spot-check requirement for restrooms No other concerns at this time. Thank you for your co-operation.
