Observation:
- Biofilm observed inside the ice machine located in the main kitchen.

Observation:
- Observed ambient temperature ranging from 8C to 10C for 3 door stand-up cooler storing chopped up veggies & meat.
Correction:
- Inspection took place after rush hour and the ambient temperature could have been affected temporarily. Monitor the cooler temperature and ensure it is brought down to 4C or below within an hour. Transfer all potentially hazardous items to working cooler if this cooler is not capable of maintaining ambient temperature of 4C or below. This will be checked during the follow up inspection.

Observation:
- No proper dispenser/ holder / stand available for paper towel at the front counter.
Correction:
- Equip a dispenser/ holder/ stand for paper towels.

Comments

Items corrected:
- General cleaning has been done throughout the premises. Some areas need more cleaning.
- Paper towel holder available at the front counter handsink. Ensure to use paper towels with tear lines.
- BBQ poultry products are covered in plastic bags inside the walk-in cooler.
- Food items are covered.
- Staff washroom has been cleaned.

Items requiring correction:
- Glasswasher is not repaired yet. Staff stated that a broken part has been ordered and should be repaired within this week.
- Dust build up on ceiling, ceiling vent has not been cleaned. Clean the areas around the ceiling vent.
- Ventilation hood panels are not cleaned. Staff commented the cleaning company will be coming; however the service date could not be confirmed. Ensure cleaning is done by the next follow up inspection date.
- Walk-in freezer is still overstocked. Ensure to go through all ingredients and organize the inventory.
- Dust build-up inside the fan cover of 3-door cooler still observed. This has to be cleaned.
- Unused equipment at the corner of the noodle bar kitchen still present. Remove them from the premises.
- Clean the floor in the dry food storage area.
- Remove old cardboard boxes in the equipment room.

Used dining wares are cleaned by third party cleaning service company. Cleaned ones get delivered wrapped in plastic bags.

Majority of the corrective items are not completed. Ensure to complete them within a week. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a correction order and/or violation ticket(s).
