303 - Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: The double wash sink compartments are not big enough to accomodate the cooking pots used onsite. The pots do not fit inside the double sink for proper washing and sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Install a bigger size double compartment sink with drainboards on both sides. Ensure that sink compartments are big and deep enough to fully submerse the largest utensil used onsite ( October 28, 2020).
2. A new stainless steel shelf is requrired in the dishwasing area to store clean utensils. This will also elliminate the need to store utensils on the floor (October 12, 2020).

Observation: A number of house flies were noticed in the kitchen at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): 1. Install a door sweep or weather stipping underneatht the back screen door to prevent entry of flies
2. Thorough and deep cleaning of all equipment, utensils, floors and other surfaces is requried to remove food build-up.
3. Install a UV fly trap in the back kitchen
( By October 8, 2020).

309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
Observation: Spray bottle of orange colored cleaning agent ( ??) found to be unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all spray bottles and buckets containing cleaning and sanitizing agents are accurately labelled.
The label must state the following:
-Name of the chemical
-Dilultion used
-Intended use of the chemical.

Ensure that all clenaers and sanitizers are diluted and used according to manufacturer's recommendations.
Train all staff in the proper use of cleaners and sanitizers.
