Install a light cover on light bulb in walk-in cooler to prevent a physical contamination and/or injury in the possibility that the light shatters. To be corrected by November 20, 2019.

Routine Inspection:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius).
- Freezers maintained below 0 degrees Fahrenheit (-18 degrees Celsius).
- Hot holding maintained above 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius).
Temperature records maintained for cold holding units.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
Glass washer in bar area sanitizing with 25 ppm iodine.
QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles for food contact surfaces = 200 ppm.
QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoops stored in designated container - very good.
General food storage practices very good:
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored off the floor.
- Meats stored on bottom shelves in walk-in cooler.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Washrooms clean and sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Dining area maintained in a sanitary condition.

NOTE: renovations to most likely occur in the new year. Health inspector to verify that updated floor plans for renovations were received by health department.
