Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # KLIU-C5DTF5 of Jul-29-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Side hand sink in front preparation area lacked liquid soap. Correction: Refill liquid soap. Ensure all hand sinks are fully supplied (with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels) at all times. Date to be corrected by: July 30, 2021.

Follow-up to routine inspection report #KLIU-C5DTF5: Code 401 has been corrected - Handsink fully supplied now with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. No obstructions to hand sink. Code 306 has been corrected - Floor by 2 compartment sink is no longer sticky. Appeared degreased and sanitized. Code 304 has been corrected - Presence of fruit flies has significantly decreased since routine inspection the previous day. - Stored donuts are now covered in plastic wrap to protect from contamination and minimize fruit fly attractants. Code 307 has been corrected - 2 wire trays have been discarded. Continue to monitor the back area for fruit flies and follow recommendations from pest control company. Signature not obtained due to COVID-19 protocols. Report reviewed with staff on site.
