2. Rubber base trim peeling off wall

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all walls, ceiling and flooring is maintained in good condition - smooth, durable, easy to clean.
1. Repair/seal hole in wall.
2. Repair all rubber base trim at base of walls in back kitchen.
3. Repair/seal hole in corner to prevent possible pest entry
