Hand sink equipped with soap and paper towel, easily accessible Bleach/sanitizer solution available at back kitchen and front prep table Operator states grease build up is due to the grill not sitting directly under the hood, they moved the grill to ensure hood is collecting grease and prevent build up of grease on the wall and ceiling Operator will clean up existing build up of grease on the wall and floor, monitor to ensure no build up around the grill
