Follow up inspection: -Under-the-counter cooler was at 4 degrees C and it was equipped with a thermometer. -Staff informed it has been maintaining a temperature of 39-40 degrees F consistently throughout the week. -QUATS test strips were available on-site to monitor that the concentration of Quaternary ammonium compounds sanitizer is maintained at 200 ppm. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any questions, contact the district Environmental Health Officer.
