Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (1. Container found in handwash sink, no soap at handwash sink as well. Handwashing sinks must be free of clutter and properly equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Do not use handsink for any other task other than handwashing.
This is a repeat violation from February, 2015.
Corrected During Inspection
2. Rice prep is being done in back storage room. There is no handsink in this area therefore no food preparation can occur in the back room. Move rice prep equipment to the kitchen area where a handsink is accessible for all staff.
3. No soap at handwashing sink. Liquid soap is needed to properly wash hands. Ensure handwashing sink has liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold working water at all times.
