Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen handwashing station not working. No running water observed.
Dirty laundry was also observed stored infront of the hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): All handwashing station must be fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels. Handwashing stations must be unobstructed.
As a temporary measure, staff may use the two compartment sink to handwash.

- All coolers measure 4C and below
- All freezers measure -18C and below
- Hot holding unit measure 60C and above
- High temperature dishwasher measure 71C and above at final rinse at plate level
- QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles measure 200ppm
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE
- No signs of pests, professional pest company routinely checks facility
