Observation: 1) Fan cover in walk-in cooler covered in dust.
2) Exposed portion of wall behind glass cooler appeared covered in food debris/sticky substance.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean the fan cover, remove dust.
2) Remove substance or repaint the wall if necessary to ensure smooth, non-porous surface. Will minimize the potential to harbour bacteria.

Observation: Glasswasher unable to achieve minimum sanitizing concentration for final rinse. Recorded 50ppm at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Service glasswasher to be able to achieve minimum sanitizing concentration of 100ppm.

Observation: Spray bottles were labeled as Virox5 Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide solution but were instead filled with QUATS sink and surface sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Remove labels, re-label spray bottles with the correct solution.

> Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. Please ensure paper towels are accessible (do not store on top of compressor unit).
> Bleach solution available at 100ppm.
> QUATS sanitizer solution available at 200ppm.
> Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored outside in plastic bin.
> Glasswasher was not used yet today, only turned on to verify sanitizer concentration.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General organization and sanitation is good.

> Facility scans vaccine cards upon entry to the building.
> All staff on site are masked.
