Routine Inspection: - Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Stand up cooler maintained at 3.8 degrees Celsius. - Stand up freezer maintained at -22.4 degrees Celsius. - Thermometer present in cooler and freezer. - High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 74.9 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle. - Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer = 100 ppm. - Food protected from contamination. - Overall cleanliness, organization and maintenance satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. - Meals are delivered daily from an approved commissary in Langley.
