- Stand up cooler maintained at 3.8 degrees Celsius.
- Stand up freezer maintained at -22.4 degrees Celsius.
- Thermometer present in cooler and freezer.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 74.9 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle.
- Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer = 100 ppm.
