Routine inspection conducted: - Hand washing sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, paper towels, and liquid soap. - All coolers at 4 deg C or less - All freezers at -18 deg C or less - Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual - Food products were all time stamped, and used within their expiry period. - General sanitation is satisfactor, Recent pest control report indicates no pest activity (but observation from today's inspection indicate fly activity, per above violation) - Pest control company visit every month, records available to review on-site. - Staff on-site was FoodSafe certified. - QUATs sanitizer on dispenser measured 400 ppm. -Rag buckets at 100 ppm chorine residual
