Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chew marks found on a package of dried wolfberry in the back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Food must be kept in sealed, pest proof containers at all times.

Observation: Knives and other utensils found in a cupboard were dirty. The cupboard itself had a layer of grease inside of it.

Observation: a) Rice noodles (1 pack), beand threads (1/2 pack) and various other items were open in a box that had mouse droppings in it.

Observation: Mouse droppings found in a container holding food, one package of food was chewed on and droppings were found on a light switch.
Corrective Action(s): Provide the most recent pest control report by Friday, June 22nd. There is a standing Correction Order for pest control. Violation tickets will be issued for non-compliance.

Observation: Cleaning required in the following areas:
- Inside cupboards
-Inside pest proof containers
-On shelving.
-On any other area where there is an accumulation of grease/ food debris.

Observation: The operator stated that many old food items were not used anymore. Also, old equipment was found throughout storage areas.

Comments

-Check all food in storage. One package of bacon had a best before date of 2016. Discard any old food. This will be checked during the follow up inspection.
-Better organization is needed for the restaurant.

Coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
Bleach sanitizer was available.
