On Follow-Up:
Cleaning issues have been addressed. The exhaust hood has been serviced. The area under the desk has been cleaned up. Some mice droppings still noted in the dry storage area. Clean as discussed. Ensure that a pest control company is on contract as discussed.
Paper towel dispensers at both hand sinks are operational.

Outstanding issues:
Operator will be replacing the black stand-up shelf in the kitchen with one that can be easily cleaned.
At least one staff member must have Foodsafe Level 1 or equivalent certification. Get this addressed by April 30, 2023.
