Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # MUPN-BKSTWV of Jan-13-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Biofilm growth seen around the water recirculation system of the ice machine. Correction: Thoroughly clean and sanitize this area today and maintain on a regular basis. Ice machine recirculation system should be cleaned at least on a monthly basis, if not more often if needed.
