A UV vector fly trap has been installed in the kitchen. No flies noticed at the time of inspection.
*Ensure to keep the windows closed at all times exclude flies and keep all surfaces clean at all times.

Bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle tested 200 ppm and the bottle is now labelled.
Fume hood has been serviced. Good.
All coolers maintained at 4 C or below.

Following maintenance related issues still require your attention.

1. The floor in the back kitchen area is deteriorating. Replace the floor with heavy-duty washable non-slip flooring material (by June 10, 2016)
2. Walk-in cooler wall panels need to be reinstalled. Consider renovating the walk-in cooler walls and ceiling with commercial insulated cooler panels.
3. Repaint (with gloss paint) or re-stain the wooden surfaces (walls/ceiling) in the small food prep room so that they are washable/easy to clean. (By June 15, 2016)
