Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some mice dropping noticed underneath and behind the pizza pan bin and oven.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean all areas to remove mice droppings and place more traps in these areas. These areas must be checked daily with a flash light. Place

Comments

No droppings noticed in the dry storage area, front bar area and the food preparation areas.
A number of glue traps have been placed. Exclusion work has been done and premises is monitored biweekly by a licensed pest control company.
A sanitation checklist has been developed to address cleaning deficiencies.
Improvement noted in the general sanitation of the premises.
Continue to check underneath and behind all equipment every day.

* Provide weather stripping underneath the back entrance screen door. Ensure no gap is visible.

* Ensure that top inserts of the pizza preparation cooler are not filled more than half-full.
* Always keep salads and dressings etc away from raw meat/poultry storage containers.
