2) Dishwasher needs a thorough cleaning and sanitizing in order to ensure that no contamination of the "clean" dishes occurs from the dishwasher itself.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tongs for sandwiches, pastries etc left on counter/in cupboard at room temperature and are not sanitized between uses.
Corrective Action(s): All food contact surfaces, including tongs must be cleaned and sanitized between each use or kept in a fresh sanitizer solution that is changed throughout the day in order to minimize the potential of the food becoming contaminated.
