Pest Control came in yesterday -noted pest activity -continue their servicing on a bi-weekly basis
Significant cleanup has occurred on the floors, walls, hood vents -remember any grease available on surfaces acts as a food for cockroaches and must be removed and sanitized
Crushed garlic stored in fridge
Cleavers stored in clean containers
Alcohol removed from under sinks
Counter for hot holders has been cleaned and painted over
Bulbs replaced in kitchen
Mini-fridge next to stove has accurate thermometer at food level

NOTE: keep disposable containers face down to better prevent anything falling in and re-orient disposable utensils handle towards workers so the business ends are better protected from handling
