Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop in ice bin was left lying on the ice, with the handle directly touching the ice.
Corrective Action(s): Place scoop in holder properly so that handle does not touch ice, or get a food grade container for your ice scoop and store it outside of the ice box.

Observation: Handsink in the back area (by the ice machine) does not have adequate water pressure/flow. It is currently spraying water everywhere when turned on.
Corrective Action(s): Repair handsink such that water is being dispensed evenly with adequate water pressure like your other functioning handsinks.
