Confirmed ownership and new contact is Sang Tea Lee 604. 300.6205

Met with owner and discussed the following:
communicable disease prevention plan - need to be developed
daily temperature logs need to be available and up to date
cleaning schedule needs to be available
high temperature dishwasher reached 78C after couple cycles ( ensure to have maintenance person to check on the dishwasher )
bleach used as approved sanitizer/ measured at 100ppm ( ensure that spray bottles are properly labelled )
owner + one more food-handler have a FS lev 1 training at the time of inspection

-pest control must be available and monitoring any pest activity inside your facility and provide you with a proper evaluation and possible risk.
