Observation: 1) Dishwasher not consistently reaching minimum >71 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level. First attempt: 66 deg C, second attempt: 69 deg C. On 3rd attempt, dishwasher achieved 71.1 deg C. However, this is a REPEAT issue from the last routine inspection, where the dishwasher was not consistently achieving the minimum 71 deg C on rinse cycle .
2) Cold water handle for handsink is missing/broken.
Corrective Action(s): 1) This is a repeat infraction. CORRECTIN ORDER ISSUED : Dishwasher will need to be replaced.
