Comments

-Ensure that all doors to the exterior have door sweeps installed so that they seal completely to the outdoors.
-Ensure that record keeping is implemented for the Iodine glass washer daily and that test strips for the glass washer are available.
-Ensure that sugar is kept in a sealed, pest proof container.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
Records kept for the coolers, freezers and the dishwasher.
Iodine glass washer had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
