Comments

Following were observed:
- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Prep cooler for chaat less than 4C. Walk-in cooler measured at 5C, adjust the setting to ensure that it is maintained below 4C
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at the dishsurface during final rinse cycle
- Sanitize in spray bottles available at 200ppm quats concentration
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
