Observation:
The back handwashing sink/eyewash station faucet is not secure or sealed to the sink, and items were blocking the use of the sink.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair and seal the faucet so that it can be used properly and safely.
Inform staff that no items shall be placed inside, infront of, or over the sink as it prevents staff from using the sink.

Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- The cooler storing the uncooked onion rings and bacon had a temperature ranging from 6C-9C. The cooler still requires to be repaired so that it can maintain 4C or colder at all times. Only store enough food product that will be used in 2 hours, until the cooler is fixed. Call our office when this has been corrected to conduct an inspection.
- The wall still requires to be repaired as tiles are missing and/or falling off. Repair the wall so it is smooth, durable, sealed, cleanable, and impervious to water. Complete the repairs by July 8/16.
- The Manager and supervisors still do not possess the FoodSafe Level 1 certificate. It is a requirement that the operator/manager possesses the certificate, and that there always is at least one person working that has the certificate. Obtain the certificate by July 8/16.
