Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bottles of milk (2% and chocolate) were measured at 6-7C internally. Potentially hazardous foods from the front undercounter cooler has been removed at this time.

Observation: The front undercounter cooler was measured at 5.9C. Morning temperature log indicated below 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor the cooler's temperature. Should the problem continues, fix the cooler to ensure temperature is at or below 4C. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until the temperature is at 4C or less and verified by the public health inspector during a follow up inspection. Correct this by: Jan 6, 2022.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Coolers measured at 4C or less (see an exception in the violation section).
Freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding (onions, gravy, etc.) were measured at 60C or higher.
QUATS sanitizer pails measured at 200 ppm.
2 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
Foods held in the temperature danger zone (e.g., cheese) were time tracked.
Routine pest control in place. Recent report reviewed on site.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.

Follow up inspection scheduled on Jan 6, 2022.
