PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation: Upon inspection, there were:
- 2 power bars accessible to the children with exposed outlets
-Large lattice leaning against the fence that posed a fall hazard
-Loose panels in the cedar fencing that moved when pushed
-Large storage bins stacked on top of each other over 4 feet tall that posed a fall hazard
-Spikes that were protruding out of the landscaping ties in the yard that posed a fall hazard
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times children are in care

RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19070 - CCLR s.57(2)(a) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.
Observation: Upon review of 4 children's files, 1 file did not contain a carecard number.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure the children's files are complete.
