Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection # SWAR-AB8P8K dated 24th June 2016 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance. Licensee had responded to the coded items in writing. This was approved 19080 - This child no longer attends the facility 19100 - All child records are updated and complete

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #SWAR-AB8P8K have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

There are 2 temporary placements in place which expire in December 2016. On site today was the Licensee with 7 children. the children were involved in free play and Licensing observed the Licensee encouraging the children to share equipment. Children were also getting ready for circle time which was themed for Fall. Information in regards to the change in legislation was emailed to the Licensee.
