-Recommend installing door sweeps on the front and back door to prevent the entry of pests into the establishment. All coolers were < 4 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests, pest control invoice reviewed from September 29th. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
