Follow-up inspection conducted in response to Report #TCHN-BZNLTT Unapproved product: - Unlabelled Badam milk observed in display cooler. Inspector previously requested owner to not sell product after discovered March 31, 2021. Product placed on HOLD by Fraser Health Authority. - Food Product has been made in the permitted restaurant in Fraser Health, confirmed by a telephone discussion with the operator of the restaurant on April 1, 2021. Restaurant owner was not aware a Dairy License was required to sell dairy products and was instructed not to produce milk for sale. - Invoice unavailable Corrected items: - Sanitizer available on site; measured 200ppm All other violations identified on Report #TCHN-BZNLTT still pending correction.
