- Leak at front sinks fixed. Found source to be gap at sink basin/counter interface. OK. - Area below front counter cleaned up, including the corner. Ok. - Dry food storage area cleaned up. ok. - Walk-in cooler still needs work. Area below raw meats shelf still suffering an accumulation of food debris and dry blood - it's better, but not good enough. Continue to improve cleaning technique and frequency in this area. Shelving will need to be moved to perform task adequately. Look for at next scheduled inspection. - Hand sink barrier in place. OK. Ensure this sink gets daily disinfection (like dish sink) to ensure it stays in good shape. Thanks for the work.
