Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blenders for mixing drinks involving dairy products were noted to be cleaned at end of the day or until it is filthy. It is rinsed with the vertical blender washer throughout the day during use.
Corrective Action(s): Food contact surfaces and equipment handling potentially hazardous foods at room temperature are to be cleaned and sanitized properly at least every 4 hours. Either clean and sanitize after every 4 hours or switch to a clean set of blenders every 4 hours or more often.
