Handsinks & washrooms supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
Sanitizer bottles (labelled except one) noted 100 ppm chlorine through out facility
Low temp dishwasher noted 100 ppm chlorine at the plate

Temperatures satisfactory:

Food appears protected from contamination - covered and stored off the ground
*Remove all small hand tools from top shelves in kitchen
Significant improvement with pest control - no signs of pest activity noted during inspection. Reviewed pest control reports for Dec 2018, Jan 2019 and Feb 2019 - no activity noted in Feb 2019 report. Pest control has moved service from every 2 weeks to once a month. If pest activity increases then change this back to every 2 weeks
*Operator appears to be following pest control tech recommendations - cleaning floors and hard to reach areas through out kitchen and keeping back door closed.
*Recommend pulling out equipment away from walls periodically to monitor for cleaning and possible pest activity or entry points
Significant improvements noted in sanitation and clutter through out kitchen - hood vents and lower shelves appear to be maintained
