Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. two 2 compartment sinks in use. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle for disinfection. Dishwasher final rinse at the plate at 71C at the plate (this unit takes 15 minutes to prime). Food and utensils protected from contamination in food grade containers and lids. Dry storage is satisfactory. Equipment in working order. Chest freezer at -20C bread, stand up fridge bottom 3C milk, top -19C juice. Storage fridge bottom 2.4C cream, top ice at -17.8C. Temperature monitoring and logs in place - good. Permit posted in visible location. All staff have FoodSafe Level 1. Facility in compliance and well maintained.
