Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several inserts of chopped onion, tomato and mushroom in pizza prep cooler left uncovered.

Correction: unless they are for immediate use, please ensure all stored foods are protected from contamination. Inserts were covered with plastic wrap at the time of inpsection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 spray bottles on premises unlabelled. 2 contained bleach solution, 1 contained water, all looked identical.

Correction: all spray bottles must be clearly labeled to identify its contents inside. Bottles were labeled with marker at the time of inspection.
