Observation: No paper towel at the designated handwashing sink.
Correction: Place paper towel in a dispenser near the designated handwashing sink.

Follow-up inspection to inspection reports PKUR-CFLQGT and PKUR-CG5UC7.

-Paper towel dispenser has been installed by the handwashing sink.
-Broken domestic cooler has been replaced with a prep table with an undercounter cooler and inserts. Cooler was at 4.3 C.
-Mini cooler used for sprouts has been replaced. Cooler was at 3 C.
-Pho in walk-in cooler was below 4 C.
-Walls have been re-painted.
-Walls around sink have been cleaned and painted.
-General sanitation has improved.
-Prep sinks used for cooling.

Reminder: maximum temperature for coolers is 4 C - ensure all coolers are equipped with accurate thermometers and monitor temperature routinely.
**Continue working on removing unused equipment and organizing the back.
**Food must not be stored on the floor.
