Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # SSZO-AVXVMP of Feb-13-2018 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Handwashing station at main cooking line is not functioning. The faucet stopped working since Saturday (February 10, 2018). Operator indicated the plumber will come in tomorrow morning to fix it.)

The following items have been corrected: -->Dessert cooler is now fixed. Temperature is measured at 2.4oC -->Handsink is now fixed. Hot and cold running water available. -->Few areas have been cleaned: bread trays, floor by bins. Still outstanding: -->Clean and sanitize all other areas noted in the routine inspection
