Observation: 1. Debris build up underneath cleaning underneath shelving in dry goods area
2. Slight residue build up on common touch areas such as handles on cooler units
3. Some residue build up on wall surfaces (FRP) board
4. Ceiling tiles has some dust build up
-Operator informed that ceiling tiles will be replaced in the spring
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure that this area is cleaned, all debris to be removed, ensure this area is looked after regularly

2. Ensure that common touch areas are wiped down, cleaned and sanitized throughout the day
3. Ensure to wipe down, clean and sanitize wall surfaces thoroughly
4. Ensure to have ceiling tiles cleaned as regular maintenance

Routine inspection conducted during time of inspection.
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All handwashing stations free from obstruction
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler #1 (main) at <4C
* Walk in cooler #2 (dairy/ sweets) at 4C
* Walk- in freezer at -15C
* Upright freezer (stainless) at -11C
* Line coolers in front kitchen/ restaurant at 4C or below
* Upright coolers at 4C or below

- Food grade sanitizer solutions available in buckets throughout facility, cloths stored within, concentration of solution at 100ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher available, final rinse at 50ppm chlorine sanitizer
- High temperature pot-washer available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (71C)
- Commerical fume hoods/ canopies maintained in satisfactory condition
- Most foods kept covered during time of inspection
- PCO (Orkin Pest Control) services facility on monthly basis, invoices are kept in centralized location, no activity noted on reports
- No evidence of rodents detected during time of inspection
