Routine Inspection - Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels - Low temperature commercial dishwasher available. Chlorine registered at 100ppm - 2 compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Quats available at 200 ppm directly from the dispenser - Quats surface sanitizer available in a bucket at 200ppm.
